Kind, gently, and professional. Dr. A is only the 2nd dentist I ever visited, so not a lot I can compare him with.
About Front Desk: Friendly. Not sure about efficiency. Once in a while they would send the claim to a wrong insurance company or missed (deleted?) standing appointments. Not very intuitive : -(

About Hygienist: Most of them are very friendly. Some are more chatty than others (cleaning with chatty one will take up to 15 mins longer than the quiet one : -) ). Some are gentler than others. But, overall, they are good and professional.

I went to Dr Arnold after 10+ years of staying away from dentists all together. I needed crowns, bridges, filling replacements, veneers... you name it. Dr Arnold's Team did a great job, treated me wonderfully, and now treats my entire family and some friends too!!

I grew up in a time that dentists only used novicaine to pull teeth. In 1977 I went to Dr. Arnold with a toothache. After the infection subsided he recommended a root canal. He put me at ease, and over the years going to the dentist became less and less stressful. He was way ahead of his time when it came to keeping a sterile environment. In the early 1980s before each patient he rewrapped any light handle, door handle, etc in plastic wrap that would be touched by him or the hygienist. He has high standards and keeps up will all cutting edge equipment and techniques.
About Hygienist: The Hygienist in the office are very skilled and gentle. Most have been in his practice for 10 years or more. A few have worked there for nearly 20 years.

I have gone to this dentist since I have had teeth... I went to a different dentist ONCE (I moved) and will never go to any other!

Dr. Arnold is the greatest! His staff is professional, courteous, and friendly. My hygienist, Linda, has done a supuerb job with all of my cleanings and my teeth are in excellent condition and are extremly white with no additional work. My boyfriend now goes to Dr. Arnold and has been very pleased.
