Few years back DDS Michael Ryan did a root canal and it started hurting again so I called him and without even looking at my recent xrays he started to brainstorm reasons why my tooth was in bad condition. He refused to see me even for a consultation.I think because he checked with my insurance company and they will not pay him for a retreatment on that tooth . I checked with another DDS and I was told that root canal was not done properly from him so I might risk to loose my tooth for good. Do not trust this dentist with your teeth.

You have to wait for ever to see him. I think he books 3 patients every hour so get an appointment first thing in the morning and get there first or you may be waiting a long time.

Dr Ryan is one of the best around. He is very considerate regarding the cost of the procedures and he is a veritable bottomless supply of information on surgical/implantation procedures. His hygienists are the best around.

Very personable. His associate, Dr Bailey, is also a good guy.Office staff is professional, and very nice. Had infection, which caused extreme pain. Called office, and they squeezed me in. Unique feature of practice is EARLY(5AM) start time. Easy to visit office, then get to work. Very heavily scheduled,sometimes wait can be long, but he's worth the wait!!
About Hygienist: All the hygienists are good, but Shay(sp?) is great. Very good,very personable.

I've only seen Dr. Ryans associate but she is great. She is the only reason I gave a 3 overall recommendation. The office needs some updating. I read that they offer same day crowns but that wasn't the case for me. The crown I had done was $1100.00. That seems pricey to me, hence that rating. It is difficult to get an appointment and twice now, I have arrived on time for my appointments and had to wait over 1/2 hour to be seen. Once I sat for 1 hr until they finally told me they couldn't find my records and that was the hold up. I am overall happy with the crown and treatment I received from Dr. Ryans associate, Dr. McCarron she is very professional, caring and skilled.
