I don't know why anyone would come to an office that has disrespectful customer service. The gentleman I spoke to was very rude! I can only imagine how Dr. Zimmerman is. As a professional you would not want some one that disgusting representing your office.
About Front Desk: This facility gets no stars. Very disrespectful. Customer Service was very poor. I tried getting a price for a service I needed and the gentleman on the phone mocked me. I can not believe this place is still in business.

His aggressive cleaning, scraping under the gum line and causing bleeding led to the need for gum surgery. I told my new dentist the method he used to clean my teeth and he cringed. It was due to the intense over zealous cleaning than caused my gum recession. Thank goodness we moved, you trust what your dentist is doing is correct. You have to be your own advocate. The removal of fillings and my crown had to be corrected.

I had a root canal done by him and it didn't work. He was rude about it and I had to go to another dentist and pay again. Horrible experience a nightmare
