Dr . DeRosa successfully performed a root canal on one of my teeth which was very "iffy." He explained everything to me in a way which was totally understandable. I never had any pain during or after the procedure. His office staff were also terrific.

Dr. DeRosa sat next to me IN THE WAITING ROOM for a total of 3 MINUTES to look at an X-ray my regular dentist provided just to tell me he did not think he would be able to perform the root canal. Then, I received a bill for $50!!! FOR WHAT? My insurance denied it because he billed for an "oral evaluation" which my regular dentist had already performed and billed my insurance for. THEN, the secretary Joanne called me WEEKLY to harass me for the $50!!! It must be nice to be paid $16/MINUTE to do absolutely nothing.

dr. derosa was nice and clearly experienced, but his approach to my root canal was aggressive and left my mouth sore for days. overall, he was not attentive to my discomfort and pain. additionally, i feel that he regarded me in a manner that was sexist. specifically, when he was making small talk and asked if i was married, he took the liberty of touching my fingers as a way to suggest "then where's the ring?" i did not appreciate this and it made me feel unwelcome. his wife, who happens to be his assistant, also made me feel uncomfortable.
