NO WAY !!!!!!! I will never have this man work on my teeth!!! I'm spending thousands of $$$ to repair what he did to me!!! here are some Dr.------ Quotes, #1-I could not see from where I was sitting. WOW!! #2- I don't remember doing that to your teeth. (even though my file says what he attempted but it went drastically wrong!!). ,"#3-It's your word against mine (he says quickly in a panic as if I want him to do free work?) #4-"get a lawyer because he has one" I bet this Dr. uses his lawyer alot!!!! No way in the world would I allow this guy to work on me or anyone who says "I have a dentist appt today and i'm seeing ?. NO you are not!!! please !! do not set foot in that office because it will cost you a lot of $$$ and he does not stand by his work......The office made me feel as if i'm a just a spec in the world and that i'm confused about the only dentist i've seen in 2015 &2016!!!! I could really sense a deep desperation amongst Dr. and staff as if they are possibly struggling " ? Any staff that can't remember her Dr. Saying " I couldnt see from whwre i was sitting' is apparently just as bad cuz those words sum up the entire practice> It would be easier for him to pay for a dR. of my choice because i'm getting the word out !!!

The procedure was a Nitemare!!!! I paid for a cleaning and what really happened is traumatic shock!! This office is hands down the worst experience in 41 years..these people are dishonest greedy low life's . I refuse to refer to Robert Ray as a Dr. ! I had 4 new crowns done by a real Dr. But he moved away and do did I and that's where I stumbled on the "Butcher" Robert Ray ' the man that says " I could not see from where I was sitting" after destroying 3 crowns trying to smooth out 1 super small area on my front tooth! Why ?? And he tries to deny what he did! This office is a complete joke!!! This moron didn't even look at me or introduce himself.! Complete utter madness !!!! 1 little area I mentioned to the hygienist while cleaning took place..next all I knew was this guy tilted chair and was a bull in a china shop on my investment of thousands of dollars . He grounded perfectly good crowns and I'm going after his bone brain operation . I've never been treated so poorly by an office . It's to the point that these crooks are saying I'm confused about office visits when my insurance records plus Robert Hacks records show what he did......I'm so freaking pissed off at this Son of a Gun I could yell my story till I fall.... Furious!!

About Front Desk: Treat me like I'm dishonest and they turned on me after I was not happy w/what happened ......this place is all about money . They don't take responsibility for they're actions!!!!! Robert Ray will cry to his Lawyer even when he knows he screwed up someone's smile .he will lie , he will say he don't remember !!!!! How can a so called Dentist not remember saying" I could not see from where I was sitting" ?????? He's a fool that don't know where to sit while trying to be a Dentist !!! Stay away from these pieces of garbage at all costs ....1 visit I had and it's been complete regret since then!!! The thing that kills me is I didn't ask for him to touch my crowns ' he just hit & ran !!just like he did when I confronted him! He said" his word against mine" !!! What the hell is wrong with this guy ?????? He say to get a Lawyer cuz he has 1!!!!!!! What a piece of garbage!!!! He cost me a lot of $$$$$ and his staff are evil witches as well . They will stick up for this Kook cuz he pays them...I'm honest , Robert Ray and his circus are dishonest greedy people that have Lawyers ready as if you need a lawyer in dentistry for smoothing out a tooth? This look belongs in a Muffler shop!! I wouldn't let this moron near my teeth but only to view how he destroyed perfect crowns cuz he's nothing but a Clown that is going down if it takes everything I got .... This piece of Trash tried to accuse me of making my experience up as if I'm the bad person when he's the real piece of trash!!!!!!!!!

X-rays , cleaning' which went well' but my top right tooth had a prior chip 32th of an inch ' very small but I noticed it daily as well as the cleaning tech' the tooth was a 32th of an inch longer than other front tooth so all he had to do was lightly ground chipped tooth even w/neighbor tooth' real simple ' u would think? But now after all said and done I either wish I did it myself or just left it alone cuz he butchered my crowns ' he took off way to much & now all the $$$$ I spent on 4 crowns is Gona cost more cuz I'm unhappy w/the outcome ' I quote the dr. After procedure "well I couldn't really see what I was doing!!!!!!! He said that after he turned a minor chip on 1 tooth into 2 grounded down oddly shaped front teeth' I'm furious' I feel he didn't even look he just attacked like it was a bother for him' I'm pissed and don't recommend and cosmetic ,crown veneer etc.... No way !!!! So now I look at x ray of small chip and think wow if only he didn't pick up a grounder tool I would not be looking into spending another $2,000 for new crowns' patience is part of dealing w/patients and there was none that moment
