I came in for upper and lower dentures, and Dr. Gary Ball likes to tell dirty jokes and seems nice until there was an issue with my new dentures, where bottom denture never fitted well and I had to keep coming in to have them adjusted 4 or 5 times, he would ask me where is it hurting yet never looking in my mouth he would make an adjustment but I was still in pain, he got so mad that he adjusted a part of the denture that had no issue, so when I cam in again for another adjustment he pushed me off to his son Dr. Craig Ball. He finds bone spurs in my gums and tries to remove them so I came back for adjustments with him 5 or 6 times and he finally tells me I'm ready for an alignment that will cost 320 dollars, mind you after insurance I had already paid in full 960 dollars, I told him his day said it would be no cost but I still got billed and I went back again still having pain and Dr. Craig tells me there is nothing else he can do. I contacted an oral surgeon and my pain is from skin not covering the bone the dentures sit on, mind you this has been going on for 11 months, and of course a son is not going to say his dad did bad work... Turns out there were many ways I could have had my dentures done, but options were never given
About Front Desk: The two ladies that work the front desk are great and one lady really tired to help me because she knew Dr. Gary Ball said my adjustment would be free but his son Dr. Craig Ball didn't agree so I got billed 320 dollars after I had already paid 960 dollars in full as to what I was told everything would cost me. I fell this was about family and not the patient

Dr. Gary Ball came very highly recommended by a friend and I have since recommended him to many more of my friends.
We have no dental insurance, but are part of the Careington Dental Plan and the discounts are very helpful.
Everyone in the office with whom I have had contact has been extremely kind and friendly.

Dr. Ball is understanding, respectful and treats his patients fairly. He walks me through step by step of what he is doing and makes sure I understand everything and always answers all of my questions. He is one of the most trustworthy dentists I have seen! I would highly recommend him!
About Hygienist: Hygienists are always friendly and welcoming. They work to make you comfortable throughout your appointment.
