I just finished having all of my appointments... I put off going for three years and had to have a crown and some fillings and that deep cleaning on my gums. I am so thankful someone finally explained everything to me. I have been to two other dentists who said I had the same thing, but I didn't really trust them because they didn't explain anything. This office is totally genuine and honest and upfront and I can't tell you how happy I am. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants to trust their dentist!

Work: Cleanings, Fillings, Crowns
This dentist worked on extensive crowns and fillings.
Each Crown had to be redone at least 2 time by Dr. Foerster.
Then after being informed by Dr. Foerster's own assistent that I needed to look at my x-rays, the doctor informed me that previous work had to be redone.
In my records it was reported that the doctor knew the work was flawed but elected not to tell me. Had the assistant not suggested I look at the x-rays, I would never had known there was a problem.
I went to two new dentists to have the work evaluated and the first quote was $7417.00 to simply replace the flawed work.
The second quote is now at $11,615.00 to correct problem caused by the bad work.
I attempted to file a complaint with the dental board and was informed that since another dentist has corrected the work, it probably would not be reviewed.
All of this review can be confirmed with my dental records.

I went to Dr. Foerster's office for the first time about 3 weeks ago. I had to change to a new dentist because when I switched jobs, my insurance changed. Dr. Foerster is very nice, and so is her staff. Unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can say about the experience.
I went in with 1 broken filling on a molar. She said I had tons of cavities (after using a beeping device that gave numbers based on decay in my teeth. That was funny I said, my last dentist aid my teeth were in decent shape. Against my better judgement, I allowed her to drill on 4 of my teeth and fix them all at once. She used Novocaine and started drilling. Suddenly it was like someone stabbed me like an icepick. I had the sharpest pain. I told her and she stopped. She gave me more Novocaine and started drilling. I had the exact same excruciating pain. I told her to just keep doing it because I wanted it fixed (she was already half way done). She finished drilling and the hygienist did the filling. The doctor never even looked at it. I went home and had bad pain and came back a week later. Now she says that I may have to have a root canal. I also have pain in my other teeth where I had none before. $1200 spent and nothing but pain.
About Hygienist: The hygienist I had were very nice. That being said, they are the ones who tried to fill my cavities and left them hurting so badly. Dr. Foerster didn't even check their work (after filling 4 cavities). While filling the cavities, I was in constant pain. The whole experience was a nightmare and I have to find a new dentist right away to fix what they messed up!

Very friendly and professional. Hygienist unprofessional. Front desk helpful and friendly. Other staff friendly but lack expertise in what they are doing. Helpful with insurance and billing.
