We changed to this dentist initially to get on a better insurance plan. By switching to one of their choice dentists, our insurance was so much better, for example, our portion for a crown is around $90-100 about 1/5 what our out of pocket used to be.
I was very pleasantly surprised to find what a fantastic dentist he is. After all, I was really trying to save money! I came home and announced, I think he is the best dentist I have ever been to!. My husband has since had some work done and he agreed. Both my kids have had cleanings and my daugther had some wisdom teeth removed. She had no problems afterwards.
About Hygienist: One of the things Dwight does, is personally cleans and picks your teeth before turning the rest of the job over to a hygenist to polish them. These gilrs are all nice and effiecient. I like this as he is doing a search for problematic areas while chatting. Very hands on, not removed as at some shops.
