Dr. Smith and Brauer are the best in the business! They have recently built a new and beautiful building. I have anxiety when I go to the dentist and they make me feel so welcome and comfortable. There are TV's in all of the rooms so I am able to take my mind off of my treatment. All of the work they have done on my teeth has been amazing! I would recommend them to anyone!

I've been a patient of Dr. Smith's for over 20 years and the negative comments I've read at this site can only be attributed to the patient since I have 20 years of nothing but the best of care from Dr. Smith and the entire staff. Caring, effective, friendly, flexible, kind, and every other word that expresses excellence goes with this dentist and his staff. The building itself is problematic and that will soon change when Dr. Smith moves but building problems are landlord issues and not attributable to Dr. Smith or his staff. This is a wonderful staff and I have 20 + years of full confindence in them for my dental care.

Very professional. The flooding is a problem, and makes the elevator hard to access. He also does not take payments, but is a very good dentist, and I like the treatment plans his office makes up for me.

My son and I were patients at Dr. Smith's office and wound up having a lot of problems with the insurance billing. They weren't coding things properly, and the staff was pretty rude to me and my husband while we were trying to work it out. We have moved to a different dentist. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Dr Smith is a wonderful dentist!! His staff is always helpful and very nice. The office is always clean. They were wonderful in getting my son use to the dentist. He loves Dr. Smith and always draws him pictures and looks out the window at the ducks with him. My whole family goes to him, we never feel threatend and we have recommended other patients to see him. He also takes care of my husband's sleep apliance. No more SNORING!!!! I can't thank Dr. Smith enough for that. I can now sleep with out my hubby waking me up in the middle of the night.

Dr Smith is a geat dentist. He always makes my family and I very welcome. He always makes sure that I understand all the procedures that he will be doing. He and his staff make it very comforting to go to the dentist. I would and have recomended him to friends and family and they like him also. The office is very clean and smells great. The front desk always greets me with my family with our first names and makes a very uncomfortable trip into a nice one.

Dr. Smith's office is by Fall Creek Parkway, the creek floods into Dr. Smith's office making it an umpleasant odor as well as impossible to make appointments. Dr. Smith has hit on my wife, which is very offending!!! The office staff is very rude every time I call or visit the office. I would definately not recommend him.
