When I was a minor my mother took us to this dentist Office on a few visits. I now I'm an adult and moved back to Indiana and remembered that I had a great experience through Dr. tredwell. I Put in a request online for Contacts to schedule appointments since I've already been a patient through him but it's been well over almost 10 years. I never received a call back and had to call in the office myself to find out how to schedule an appointment. I was turned away because they said I owed money for missed appointments that I never set up myself that my mother had set up well over 10 years ago. I had no knowledge of it or even any means to get there because of being a child. I was told I still had to pay missed appointment fee's that I had no notion of or made myself. What kind of practice does that to somebody that actually took the time to remember hey I want to go to Dr. tredwell because of the kind of service I got from him. I can't believe that they would turn me away for $25. Wow. Stacy (office staff) even took the time to go and ask him himself and Dr, Tredwell said NO And that that's the policy. what kind of policy is that? That holds minors accountable for appointments they didn't make themselves or even knew about.

dr Eric and his staff are the nicest, compassionate, professional team I have seen. I have gone to a different dentist for years. The last couple times I went, I felt like he was more interesting in seeing how much he could charge me and sometimes I felt they wanted to do much more complex treatment than was necessary. my daughter goes to Dr Eric and suggested I try them. I did !! I was very impressed by their knowledge, professionalism, courteous and nice. The entire staff is helpful, informative and very kind. I will be recommending them to anyone that wants to

About Front Desk: Your receptionist is superb. I never felt rushed and she took the time to explain things and let me know what I would owe the next time, so I was prepared when I came back. So friendly and professionalism was second to none. Thank you so much !! Five stars for you. !!!!!

I have a fear of needles and because Dr. Treadwell was so gental i always come away not with my blood presssure elevated. Dr. Treadwell is so calm and helps me to remain calm even when I know he will be giving me a shot.

I had so much anxiety I thought I would faint Dr Treadwell and his staff were awesome. He was gentle, reassuring and I felt NO pain. They met all of my needs and I can never thank them enough. I have sang his praises to the point that I have friends that have made appointments.

Dr. Eric Treadwell is a very confident, good, caring and gental Dentist, he asks you questions, he helps you to become more knowledgeable about whats going on. He finds the best treatment for you, and will share with you how he will precede with his treatment, and that helps to put your mind at ease. Dr. Treadwell and his staff gets you very relax and comfortable as they treat you. I would highly recommend Dr. Treadwell to anyone looking for a Dentist.

Dr. Treadwell is patient, and excellent with children. My daughter has seen him and he has provided the best care for her teeth and she is back on the road to a beautiful smile. Dr. Treadwell is very time efficient and has a wonderful and helpful staff.
