I went to Dr. Vaughn for some minor dental work two times over the past year. The first visit was fairly simple and easy and went well.
The second visit was for a cleaning, and after the procedure I was told that a previous coupon was in effect for the cleaning and I didn't have a balance due. Sounded great to me, and I went on my merry way.
A month later I received a bill for the cleaning stating that my payment was 30 days past due. When I called in to ask about the bill, the individual I spoke with was both unhelpful and extremely rude, and actually hung up on me.
Not what I would expect from a "professional" office.
Very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend any service that relies on surprise billing.

Dr. Vaughan goes out of her way to make sure that my fears are put to rest and makes me as comfortable as possible. Especially knowing that I'm terrified of needles!

First the positive, she did a great job on a tooth that needed a root canal but the bad news is that she has a terrible chair side manner.
