Our first appointment, as with all her first time patients, she cleaned our teeth herself, so she would get to know us and our mouths better. Always files insurance for us and bills after they pay. Conservative in recommendations. Great with our autisitc son, too! Plays oldies station on radio during visits.
About Hygienist: Gentle thorough cleaning is a plus. Pain-free and always offers a choice of fluoride or not. Usually receommends Philips Sonicare products - wonder if she is on commission wiht them. Remembers us by name and makes pleasant small talk.
