I went through orthodontics and the experience was horrible. Not only did I not get the results I wanted, but dreaded going to his office because he is an arrogant jerk. What bothered me even more is when I would point out things I was seeing he would say, " It's is to late for that!" Among other things, never as a customer have I felt undervalued and ripped off. They have the total package as far as office comfortability , but do not let that fool you. I even went as far to go get a second opinion who mailed him what was still wrong. Still the arrogance was strong. Side note he asked to keep an eye on a tooth I was having pain with for possible cavity and never did he bring it up again.
