Dr Stemm is so nice, I love the historic building, and the staff is very helpful, I get so many complaints on my smile.

The office is outdated, dirty and unsanitary. Evey tooth I had "fixed " is now cracked broken or had removed at another dentist. I ended up with perinatal disease on the gum areas they worked on. A tooth broke on my I'll fitting partial constructed by his office shortly after I quit seeing them. I would not ever recommend them. Ever! Money is their main concern. I am sorry I ever went there.

I had extractions with new bone placed for implant, impants placed, implant crowns ,a bridge placed, chairside veneerson all my upper front teeth, root canals, fillings and deep cleaning of teeth. My treatment was affordable, and timely with the detailed work and care I received. Dr Stemm was very understanding about my fear of the dentist office and explained everything clearly before he started and as he proceeded during the treatment.I even was called to be checked on regularly to make sure I was doing well.

About Front Desk: My benefits were very compalcated for meto understand and they sat and explained what was covered and what I would have to pay out of pocket. They even called my ride when I was done.

My Experience: Full Mouth Reconstruction

Duration: My full mouth took a few visits and approximately 3 hours a visit it was alot of work

Would not recommend this dentist. He comes off as a know-it-all and subjected me to a lecture about why he disagreed with my daughter's orthodontist regarding the type of retainer she should be using. This after he kept us waiting 30 minutes after her cleaning. The office is crowded into a old building with staff practically stepping over each other to get around.

One visit and I would NEVER go back incompetent and unprofessional totally uncaring staff. 2 1/2 hrs. in office and all that was done was xrays ( and I did have a appointment ) even though xrays were taken Dr.Stemm missed a problem !!!! When I went to a different dentist and requested xrays be forwarded to that dentist office (they were paid for and release form was fill out ) the staff at Dr Stemm office would not forward the xrays (so I had out of pocket coast for another set of xrays .Long story short save yourself the money and AGGRAVATION find a different dentist!!!!!
