Dr. Hong performed the cleaning himself. He was careful with applying the appropriate pressure and was thorough. He provided constructive comments in a tactful manner about how to care for my teeth to minimize dental plaque. He was patient and addressed my questions with factual responses and provided reasonable options for my consideration. He was mindful of my needs and concerns, treating me as an individual versus just another patient.
About Front Desk: The front desk staff is friendly and quite knowledgeable. I am seen at my appointment time promptly. Billing statements are easy to read and understand.

I first met Dr. Hong when I was 7 months pregnant with my youngest child and I needed work on my aching tooth. I needed a root canal. He was recommended by a faculty from UCSF. I was so scared to have it done for fear of loosing the baby and because I have not gone to see a dentist for so many years. Dr. Hong did a very good job and it was painless. Result was a great success and he became our family dentist since then.
I highly recommend Dr. Hong for his great knowledge and skill in the field of Dentistry. His Hygienist are so nice and friendly and they do a thorough job.

I used to be a patient of Dr. Hong until I moved away. They have a nice cozy office. The staff are very friendly and caring. Dr. Hong treated our family well during our years there.

Dr. Hong and his staff is the best!!!!!! he is a true professional and a genuinely good guy. his practice is not a dental mill. if you appreciate a doctor who has the where-with-all to enter his own practice and make it successful on his own terms, this is the place! personal and true customer service.

Dr. Hong was recommended by a friend of mine and did extensive work on my teeth after a 6yr absence from going to the dentist. Although there was a lot of pain involved, overall it was quite moderate in comparison to other dentists I've been to in other parts of the country. His staff and hygenist are extremely friendly and overall the experience there was quite good. The office is a little old and out of the way, but I would continue to go back because of the consistent service.

He is wonderful, intelligent, kind, and gentle. He has been my dentist for many years now, and I have recommended him to many others who have also been very satisfied! I would highly recommend him again!
