The best person to go to if you need a root canal! The facility was beautiful and the staff was nice and accomodating!

I recently revisited this doctor about an irritation where my root canal was performed in 1996. I was not crazy about going back as I remember not being very happy -- But since he did the original work, I decided to check this out.
To keep this short --I was very unhappy by my experience. Coming into the office the desk secretary was unprofessional, having known that I had a sick child at home proceeded to not touch my paper work and then believing I could not see--sprayed my forms with Lysol before touching them. I then waited along time, and when he greeted me in the chair he to was far from professional-- rude comments and no introduction! He looked into my mouth and took no more than 2 minutes to look on a screen with my tooth area and tell me it was nothing. Great--and all of a matter of a minute or two in the chair. Then proceeded to charge me a fee that was off the planet! Only to then fall into a wrap about not responsible--he has a wavier BS! This was repeated to me unecessarily 3-4 times in a most condesenting fashion--all the while I just stood and stared at him puzzled and shocked. I would not recomment this office, especially this doctor!

A new dentist i was using sent me to this endondist for root canal. The procedure started out well but his receptionist kept interupting him with unrelated questions about ordering supplies. I needed root canal on two teeth and had to go back 3 times. All three times the novocaine wore off halfway through the procedure and I was in horrible pain. He did not acknowledge my pain and made jokes about it. The second visit I asked him to give me extra novocaine and he said he would stop and give me more if I needed it. I needed it badly and he never stopped. He seems to enjoy causing pain when he knows the patient has no choice but to let him finish the work. I would never recommend anyone to go to this office. The strangest part is that the work he did on me seems to be excellent.
