I have had two root canels done by this office. They are a money machine without any patient care, their more concern about the money than anything else. When you ask a questions they don't answer it they just brush you off. Just had a root canel done in August 12' and the tooth is infected again, they told me they don't know what to do....but they didn't have a hard time taking $1000 from me. Worst dental practice in Western New York. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. If your looking for a good horse quack to go to....enter this office at your own risk.
About Front Desk: The two uncompassionate doctors have there staff trained just like themselves, not to talk and just keep running the people through without any concern for the patient.

Dr. Graziano was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable in performing my root canal. He demonstrated concern for my comfort and seemed very precise and professional in his work. I would recommend him.
