Dr. Ballard is a wonderful, funny dentist. He and his staff are always nice and efficient. His office always feels warm and inviting. I have had several procedures done in his office. They are alway considerate to not let me be in any pain.
About Front Desk: Scheduling is a breeze, whether its by phone or in person. They always answer any billing or i nsurance questions I may have. Most important, there is always a smile on the recepionist face.

About Hygienist: Sheri is the Hygenist and is amazing. My teeth always feel so clean when she gets done.
