Dr Caple was very nice. professional & courteous even after the excruciating long wait in the lobby with 3 year old twins.
Most reviews were fairly positive & I'm not one to complain, however everytime we go we have never seen the same assistant. The turn over rate seems to be an issue for this office. My kids are anxious as it is going to the dentist.
I've asked to speak to the office mgr regarding some issues with lack of thereof cleanliness, but she supposedly is never in the office during office hours. How odd. what's the point of her title if she's never there?
