This was my first visit to Dr. Yamaki and Nassau-Queens Endodontics. My regular dentist, who had done other root canals for me, told me I needed a "difficult" one (in the back part of my mouth) which he couldn't or wouldn't do. Since NQE was near my house and on my insurance plan, I went there and met Dr. Yamaki. It was a lucky break. Not only was the office the "dental office of the future" compared to what I was used to, but my "difficult" root canal was faster and less painful (really, without any pain) than the 3 or 4 others I've had. In addition, my two visits were the only dental visits I can remember where I saw the dentist just a few minutes after my appointment time.
