the doctor himself is ok in his professionalism and expertise. But his assistant team is terrible especially after they merged with another dentist office. I end up have to do a surgery to fix the root canal he did for me.

Started out good and for many years no problems, but then the long waits, double booked appointments, and ending up with very low quality dental care. Immediately after switching to a new dentist, I was told 2 teeth could not be saved, and had no choice but to pull them. I had never missed an appointment or cleaning, and never said no to a needed treatment, and I got no heads up these teeth needed attention which I know didn't get that bad overnight. It became more about herding patients through fast with lack of quality in the dental care! I lost teeth for sticking with him as long as I did.

I cannot say enough good about Dr. Frankenbery's dental practice. He has been our family dentist for 12 years, did my braces when I was 26 years old and has done incredible work on our teeth. Excellent bedside manner that is reassuring, friendly, and makes going to the dentist so much more pleasant. Just yesterday I had major dental work done, 12 fillings and 3 crowns. The staff was excellent. Another thing we appreciate is that Dr. Frankenbery is a straight shooter and does not try to recommend more work than is absolutely necessary. This is the first time I've needed lots of repairs and it was from taking a prescription medicine that caused tooth decay. I struggle with anxiety and panic attacks and did not have any problems yesterday because the staff is so good at what they do. And my teeth look great, can't even tell where all those fillings were done! Highly recommend this dental practice, especially Dr. Frankenbery.

Dr. Frankenbery was very knowledgable and made me feel at ease about my root canal. The staff at the office was also very pleasant. They were able to get me in within hours of me calling and I will definitely be going back for my preventative check-ups. They have definitely won me over as a new patient.

My first appointment went fine, although waited quite awhile for scheduled appointment. Next visit didn't go so well. I had a small cavity, Dr. F. decided I wouldn't need any pain meds. I was so uncomfortable (back arching in chair, grapping the armrests, and sweating profusely). He assured me he was almost done. I will never go back to him. I think it's ridiculous to have someone experience pain with what could have been a simple procedure.
