Poor communication. Sloppy work, unnecessary work and billed for stuff he didnt do. I had a crown, a root canal which i still have pain from, i had a few fillings replaced that didnt bother me before and after i have pain and he was sloppy with the filling and some was between my teeth leaving me unable to floss. I went elsewhere and got my work finished. Just got a thing in the mail from my dental ins refusing to pay a bill from my new dentist because Dr. Jiminez had already filed a claim on a tooth he didnt even work on and the tooth he messed up i have to pay for because it was already a paid claim for that tooth. So annoyed and frustrated at this mess.

does not know what he's doing practices on patients. he does not communicate with you about treatment plan and hands off work to dental assistants who are also just learning.

About Hygienist: she is good not very courteous but she does her job right

His office is extremely cluttered, dirty and very dated. Overall very sloppy office.

I have been going there for 12 years. As he has gotten old he has gotten much sloppier. He did my braces, wish I had gone else were. His office people have no clue what they are doing. Seeing the doctor is a very rare sight. He gets his assistance to do whatever they can. He is okay for regular cleans but anything else go somewhere else

Had a root canal. No problem. But then, turns out I need a crown. Proceeded to do the crown without telling me all the steps necessary nor the cost associated. I felt un-informed about it. He just kind of did his own thing without informing me. I had to come back 5 times to finish the root canal and the crown. The first crown he put on shattered within 2 days. Had to repeat the process. I'm looking for a new dentist now.
