Three root canals, all of which failed and became highly infected. Eventually, (within months) all three had to be pulled as the damage to the bone and tissue was too extensive. Filed a lawsuit and found out from my lawyer that he is the most sued dentist in Wichita. Was not able to deaden the tooth, but drilled into the (live) root just the same, worst pain I have ever endured. Switched me from a real crown to what was in fact a temporary crown when he found out that I had a low paying insurance. That temporary crown ended up ruining the tooth next to it. The dentist I went to to attempt to repair the damage made the comment "I wish that man would just retire!" This was many years ago, and he apparently always settles out of court to avoid it showing up on his reviews, but I would strongly suggest against using this dentist.

Din't have problem with dental care, but, new management is not doing their job. For most of the dental cleaning and filling Insurance pays 100% . But, his office is charging 20% flat without checking with the insurance. if you ask them to check with insrance, the staff refuses to check with insurance.They will not issue refund aupon payment received from insurance until patient calls them ten times. Would not recommend for their unethical behavior.

He is an amazing man with a very gentle bedside manner. I trust him completely when it comes to my mouth. I don't like having my mouth messed with but I am very comfortable when he is working on my teeth. I have recommended him to everyone at my work.

Dr. Kouri and his staff have been doing my family of 4 work for years. I had front crowns replace before my wedding with excellent results. The kids like his office (now 17 and 14) and have been going there since birth. He always writes off what insurance doesn't pay. They do want you to make your appointments when scheduled. They call with a reminder call. never had an insurance filing problem. The front desk staff are very nice and have been there for years. Extremely pleased.

I have Used Dr. Kouri for a couple of years and I am very satisfied with the work he has done for me.
