I have found Dr. Reynolds to go above the "call of duty" when it comes to caring about her patients. She will contact you the evening of your most recent visit to see how you are doing. Quite professional. The individuals she has working with and for her are so helpful and sincere.

A wonderful person and excellent dentist! Can give an injection with NO pain. She is great with kids & they love her. Her charges are comparable to others in the area. She must hand pick her staff as they are such nice, caring and compassionate ladies.
About Hygienist: She is very compassionate and knowledgable. She helps with any problems and puts you at ease.

I went to Dr. Reynolds because another dentist would not return my calls. My guess is he was upset that I didn't agree to undergo his $20,000 treatment plan.
Anyway, Dr. Reynolds has a bright and clean office. Her staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Reynolds herself is cheerful and perky. I mean PERKY. Her prices are not cheap, but she doesn't nickle and dime you either. She has done repairs on my partial and didn't charge me. One time she sent it out for repair and no charge to me.
I am glad I found her.
About Hygienist: Jewel Frankenberry is a great hygienist. She has a soft touch and is conscious of her patient's needs.

My Familly and I have been going to Dr. Reynolds for all our Dental needs for almost 5 years now. We trust her and feel very comfertable in her care. I have had other dentists complement on her work that she has done for me. She knows all of my Familly by name and that makes us feel good. I would recomend her to everyone I know.

Dr. Reynolds is fabulous. I never had less pain or more success with a dentist. She was empathetic and skilled in her approach. Her staff is equally so.

Prices increased and some new preventive type procedures were not covered by insurance. The procedures were done, and I found out later they were not covered. A few mishaps on procedures. Dr. did correct them for no charge. I finally got a second opinion on some of the procedures and comparative cost and went elsewhere for dental care.
