Front desk Person is not friendly does not communicate with Patients and expect you to know it all. Having a root canal procedure done is a nerve wracking experience, worse than that is to deal with the front desk person, I don't want to mention her name since I don't want her to lose her job, but I hope she gets the message . Treating people disrespectfully will get back to you one way or the other.

The worst experience of my life.I would have been better off doing the root canal myself. He has the bedside manner of a dead fish.
About Front Desk: THere are no words to describe the help at the front desk they are very unprofessional just like the doctor they work for.

I needed a root canal. I was in the chair for about 20 minutes, including the anesthetic injections.
The procedure was pain free. Dr was friendly and professional.
I have no hesitations in recommending him or going back myself.

My regular dentist gave me a referal to a Endodontist but I lost it and ended up seeing Dr. Greenberg since my mother was seeing him for a root canal. He has one practice that uses two rooms and his place is busy. While in the waiting room you see him go from one room to the other. I didn't like that but at my mother's insistence I went ahead with it. He did not wear a mask and his scope was quite dirty and he left me to go the other room ( or somewhere else) three times. He got upset the one time that I jerked back in pain- which was strange. I went back to my dentist and he found that the root canal was short and had to be redone. After my dentist spoke to him I went back for another 20 minutes and he never left the room and was quite pleasent. He has been operating since 1984 and is quite capable but I would never recommend him to anyone! But nearly all of his patients are likely refered by other dentists so I doubt that this review will affect his practice.
