Rough, condescending, non-communicative, dirty facility, failed to wear mask during procedure and his breath was awful. Applied deadening agent incorrectly, my lip was numb but not my tooth, he was unconcerned and continued with procedure. I would not recommend this "dentist" to my worst enemy.
