I had made an appointment with Dr. Bergeron, hadn't been to a dentist in ages. At first I thought the Dr. and staff were great, that is until I had two crowns done. I have insurance through my job and my husbands, so the out of pocket expense should have been minimal. However, when the office sent the claim in to both insurance providors they failed to send the x-rays, which turned in to a vicious cycle with Dr. Bergeron's office and the insurance providors. 5 months later I get a letter stating that they are sending me to collections, the letter stated that they had asked for my help in the matter and I had not responded to this request. FALSE... this was the first I heard about there being a problem. My insurance company had been trying to get in touch with Dr. Bergeron to get a few questions answered so that they claim could be paid, she never returned the calls. When I requested that Dr. Bergeron call the insurance company, so that the matter could be settled. I was told "Dr. Bergeron has done everything that she believes she needs to, and she will not be calling the insurance company." STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!!
