Dr. Gandhi assured me she was going to save my tooth and kept me informed throughout the whole procedure. I was impressed with the level of technology in her office and the depth of concern for my comfort during the operation. When the process was over, Dr. Gandhi answered all of my questions and concerns and made herself available for follow up visits. Dr. Gandhi always presented herself in professional, patient, and compassionate manner.
About Front Desk: Doris was super helpful scheduling appointments, reminders, and filing insurance forms.

I had a very negative experience with Dr. Ghandi. Her root canal proved to be unsuccessful. She gave me an abundance of unnecessary antibiotics only to eventually tell me the swelling would go down on it's own. My stomach was destroyed! Her prices are ridiculous! Not to mention her work failed and I had to do an additional surgery after paying her fortune. Don't be fooled by her soft and gentle demeanor. There are lots of great dentists my advice is that you pass on this one!!!!
About Front Desk: Once again, there is a lack of communication in this area as well. They make appointments and then they call you to cancel. The staff gives you once price and Dr. Ghandi gives you another. RIDICULOUS! Move on!

As of today I can't recommend this endodontist because she's still trying to fix her root canal work that failed. I'm seeking other opinions before continuing w/ this dentist b/c she's failed to earn my trust. On the plus side she is caring & gentle. On the con side she is outrageously expensive, doesn't take my insurance & wants 50% payment ($1000) 1st visit, remianing half next appt (i paid almost 3 thou total...2 roots). Staff is okay, facilities average, pain management good. Until Dr. Gandhi can successfully explain why my tooth is so problematic... and then redo her work successfully ... I can't recommend her.
