I went to this woman for a few years while I was under my parents insurance plan and I was treated horribly by the hygienist. I had a case of gingivitis and the hygienist made me feel worthless. I was young, 18 years old, and naive and I guess she felt like she could get away with treating me disrespectfully. She made me feel stupid and like I got what I deserved for apparently neglecting my mouth when in actuality I got it from my boyfriend at the time who was using chewing tabacco. She had no compassion for me, she was mean and rough. She had very short brown, auburn colored hair. I will never forget the way she made me feel and I will NEVER recommend this dentist to anyone.

Dr. Richard is very professional. She fixed my molar crown that 2 other dentists had messed up. Great office and staff. Very gentle and she explains everything.

Have to pay up front now. Never had to come up with money for six month check-ups and cleaning... At least they file the insurance forms.
A recently replaced filling has cracked after eating a soft donut.!!! (She talked me into replacing Hg amalgam fillings I had for 25 years with NO PROBLEMS. ) Now, I have to pay for a new one - AGAIN - within 5 years....
Have asked staff NOT to put sealants on my daughter's teeth several times. Still do it. Insurance does not cover. They don't check with me about any additional charges....
