I had an emergency root canal done , the doctors wife did it , I don't know her name , she was rude and very mean , I felt pain through the entire procedure , she couldn't get the tooth numb which I am aware of the causes but she was so angry and showed no compassion at all . I only had her complete the tooth because I paid in full in advance and was in a lot of pain , she was the worst dentist I've ever seen or heard off , I ended losing the tooth and had to have it extracted , I can't even speak of the trauma I felt , I would never return to this office even if they offered free dental services , my appt was with dr Emad but each time I went in they made me see his wife , also when I went in with horrible nerve pain - I called in that day , they left me in the waiting room 4 hrs with out even asking my husband if I was ok , which I was crying in his arms trying to rest , it was just the worst experience I've ever had , dr Brink is my normal dentist and I never new how wonderful and compassionate he was until this experience !!!
About Front Desk: rude to me and made me pay entire cost because she couldn't get through to my insurance provider that moment , or leave she said , I was in paid so I paid for the entire cost

About Hygienist: assistant was nice but afraid of the women dentist , not dr Emad , the wife , cleaning consisted of flossing and polishing , no hand scaling what so ever , I was in shock
