This is a very good Dentist. We have used her for years! Our insurance is pretty good and she is good about checking to see what is covered. My kids started going there this year and they do very well. She has a new building and new equipment. I never had any issues with pain or problems with fillings falling out.
About Hygienist: The Hygienist is pretty good. My only problem was with my daughters sealants. They were not covered by my insurance and we got a 464.00 bill. Dr Koury has always been good about checking into that for us. We saw the Hygienist that day. My fault for not asking I guess. I Will be calling them about it!

If you want to have all your teeth intact when you leave do not visit this dentist. The most traumatizing, painful experience I've ever had. The first shot of novocain went thru my nasal passage and into my nose. So the first two attempts of starting work on my tooth was done without novocain because the novocain was in my nose which I repeatedly told her but it was like I didn't even exist. She then proceeded to give me a "little more" novocain but it wasn't enough. By the time the dental work was over the "little bit more" of novocain had worn off. My nose was numb for hours though! I told her this repeatedly but she does not listen to her clients. Then at the end she was cleaning up all the splatter she left on the tooth next to it and dug into a nerve on the bottom of my big tooth in front and can now not bite into anything and it aches all the time and is extremely sensitive. I called to ask if she would look at the tooth and she of course denied everything and will not even attempt to fix the problem because of course she did nothing wrong. Wish I had gone to the internet to find out any ratings. The best one I could find was a 2.5 and the only reason she got that rating was because of the office staff and no wait time.
