This review is entirely my opinion.
Dr. Nazila Bidabadi at Soft Touch Dentistry USED to be my dentist. I have great teeth, just one tiny cavity, and she wanted to sell me something, so she convinced me to get Teeth Whitening by Zoom. And like an idiot, I agreed. Even though it's pretty pointless for someone like me who drinks coffee and wine and already has pretty white teeth, I decided to go ahead with it.
When I arrived to get the procedure, there was no dentist on site. One chair-side person was training another chair-side person (I don't know if they were hygienists or not) on ME. The light burned out after two of the three applications and they told me I was good to go.
The next day I was in incredible pain. I didn't blame Dr. Bidabadi (although she didn't warn me) because I read online that some people had this reaction, but when I called her, afraid that my gums had been fried, all she did was deny any wrongdoing. Why do I always look up things that were really bad ideas online after the fact? Anyway, she made no offer to have a look or relieve my pain. I spent the next day in bed all day in the fetal position, and I'm not a wimp.

I have been going to Dr. Bidabadi for more than a decade (as has my wife and many of people I work with). She is the best dentist I have ever experienced!
She is so nice, so confident and concerned, that I almost look forward to going to see her.
The first time I saw her, she explained that if I ever experienced pain, then she was doing something wrong and that I must let her know. Treatment is as close to painless as you can imagine.
She listens to the patients needs and wants - tailoring treatment to the client's needs and even budget.
Her staff is always friendly and efficient. The office is pleasant and in an old house (not an impersonal office).
I had lots of persistent problems with gum disease. Her consistent approach to treatment has all but ended my problem.
I recommend her to everybody I know (and many of my friends and colleges have started going to her - and all agree)!

Unfortunately, I had a considerable amount of work done with the doctor...work that I am now having redone with more skilled dentist. In short, poorly done work (based on feedback from two subsequent dentists). I also got the sense that the doctor was more focused on selling whitening treatments ithan she was on understanding my dental issues. Staff didn't seem like happy campers either, as the doctor can be pretty shrill with her underlings.
In short - avoid this clinic.

Dr. Bidabadi is one of the best in the Country; I refer my wife and friends to her.
She change the way I smile with my dental veneers.

I was referred to Dr. Bidabadi in 1996 and I have never been more pleased with my dental care. The doctor takes as much time to explain procedures and options to you as is necessary to make you understand and feel comfortable. I have refered 8 or so clients to her in the past 10 years and they are all very satisfied with the level of professionalism and care that they receive. I truly can't say enough about Dr. Bidabadi. Wonderful Dentist !!!!!

She is a good dentist - I have nothing poor to say about her. The front desk is extremely helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bidabadi since 1990. She is very patient and caring. You never have that feeling of "being rushed". Her facility is modern. The staff are friendly & knowledgable. She has a conservative approach and she explains in detail the treatment and procedures that are being performed. Over the years, I have had several white fillings done. I have had no problems and I am very satisfied. In fact, I have referred my family members and friends to her for their dental care.

I started consulting Dr Bidabadi in Brighton beginning of 2000. I have spent over $10,000 dolars in dental care. These expenses covered the removal of my wisdom teeth, 5 root canals and crowns plus routine fillings and cleanings. When I went back home last summer, my family dentist was shocked by the amount of work that was performed and reminded me that I only had a few cavities. He told me that the sudden worsening of my cavities was likely linked to the excessive use of white fillings on my back molars. He also reminded me that White fillings are not as strong as traditional fillings and are not recommended for all patients.
I decided to consult another dentist in Montréal to have a second opinion. The dentist in Montréal examined my tooth and was very surprised that my regular regular dentist diagnosed a root canal without a recent X-Ray, without offering to treat 2 superfical cavities on the tooth and without asking me if the tooth woke me up at night (which it didn't). He ended up treating the cavities and did a fluor treatment. I haven't felt any pain since.
I strongly do not recommend Mrs Bidabadi as she jumps to drastic measures too quickly (root canals) instead of trying to save teeth with cavities...
