I have been going to this dentist for 15 years and have always had a very positive experience with both Dr. Rosenthal and Dr. Rubin, however, I must say their reception has gone downhill over the years. The woman who I spoke with over the phone was unfriendly and impolite and did not make me feel as though I would be welcome there. I did not get the positive vibes I used to from them over the telephone, nor do I tend to now when I go in. Hopefully they see this review and make a real change in their customer service in the front office.

Dr Rosenthal and his staff have given my family gentle, wonderful care for years. So many of our friends have started going to him and we are so lucky to have an office like this in our area. He is an exceptional dentist and has a kind heart.

I had cleanings at this office. The hygienist was very rough and overbearing. She did what she wanted and didn't care what I wanted. The dentist doesn't spend much time with me. Neither of them asked about my brushing, flossing, or other habits. This is one of the worst, most uncomfortable, and indifferent dental offices I've ever been to.

Dr Rosenthal is a wonderful dentist and a warm person. He has a terrific staff and i would highly recommend his practice.

Dr Rosenthal did a reasonable job. Nothing extremely positive or negative about my visit.
