Two of my procedures were performed by Dr. Herstig, with years between the first and second. Surprisingly, his entire office remembered I had been there years ago and were so nice. Dr. Herstig is very friendly, gentle and he is a specialist that charged me less than a dentist, who is not specialist, was going to charge for the same procedure. He called after my procedure to check on me (not an assistant or other office personnel). I did have to contact him during non-business hours and he had made a contact number available. When I called he was very responsive, not at all hurried or bothered. HIGHLY recommended.
