truly the Best of Boston. Kind, gentle and explains everything. The specialists he referred me to were equally outstanding. His office is easily accessible by public transportation. Some of his staff have been there over 30 yrs; this says it all.

Dr. Kraft has an excellent staff, they are always friendly and helpful. My Mum went to him 1st and recommended him, her teeth looked great so I went. Since then I've recommended him to many of my friends and co-workers. Some have had very complex problems, he has handled them all. We all agree he does excellent work! What I really love about Dr. Kraft is his proactive attitude. Rather than wait for a tooth to become a big problem, he fixes it. He takes pride in his work, which is excellent when it's the teeth in your mouth. I have complete confidence in his abilities, if you are looking for a dentist don't hesitate to call on him. He has a great chair-side manner and I highly recommend him.
About Hygienist: Sharon rocks! She makes my teeth feel wonderfully clean. She is friendly, gentle and thorough. I couldn't ask for more, Thanks!

My experiences with Dr. Kraft have been tremendous. Dr. Kraft's is professional, thorough, and caring. I always feel that I am the sole focus of his attention during my appointments. Not only does Dr. Kraft remember my dental history, he takes an active interest in me. He explains diagnoses and procedures in a clear and digestible way. And he always affords me sufficient time to ask questions. This was especially important when I chose to pursue a dental implant, the procedure for which went flawlessly. Finally, the office staff make me feel extremely welcome, if not completely at ease. Because I find Dr. Kraft's care to be extraordinary, I will continue to drive two hours each way from western Massachusetts for my appointments. And I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kraft to anyone seeking a fabulous, communicative, and experienced dentist.
About Hygienist: Always gentle, attentive, patient and understanding. The hygienist assigned during my visits has varied over the years, but each has been knowledgeable, and shows a genuine interest in my dental health.

Dr. Kraft is extremely friendly and takes the time to explain any procedures and their necessity. He does not do extraneous procedures and always tries to address any issues or questions I might have.
