Went to her for a cleaning due to her convenient location and my busy school schedule and it was one of my most regrettable decisions. She claimed I had 9 cavities and I did not question her as I assumed I was supposed to be able to trust a professional, although I had only 1 cavity prior to seeing her with my life long dentist from back home. I let her conduct the procedures for all 9 fillings. I ended up needing an emergency root canal due to a severe infection, at Tufts because she was unable to provide services until 5 days later. She did a botch job on every tooth she touched in my head and aside from the emergency root canal that was needed (time lost from school and work and lots of $$$ later), Tufts had to re-drill and re-fill all 9 "cavities" that probably didn't exist in the first place. She used cheap materials (2 separate dentists came to that same conclusion), and really damaged my teeth! However, dental malpractice is extremely difficult to prove, so my bad fortune slips through the cracks and she keeps taking people's money. Tooth sensitivy and a head full of fillings, forever!
About Front Desk: Her secretary did a superb job of trying to keep my files, dental notes and X-rays. She eventually had to forward a copy to the dentist doing the corrective work, but I nearly had to call the police before that happened. Absolutely absurd!

I had root canal, crown. she is very accessible and very caring. I also had veneer and whitening for my wife and she was happy. very friendly and family kind of practice.

I have been given pain killers before root canal but i had many side effects and when i tried calling doctor she was not approchable. I waited almost 15 minutes on phone to talk to her at the end she says that she is busy and would call me later. They have a office with not much medical equipment. Customer Serice is very poor. There is no one in particular to attend phone calls and the doctor has to run to take the phone calls sometimes. I definetly would not advice anyone to visit this dentist.

Excellent chairside manner!! Dr. Pareek really cares about oral health and had a keen memory of my gums!!

Dr. Pareek was caring and very affordable dentist. I didnt have any insu so she worked out a payment plan.
