My family of 4 has been going to Dr .Wright’s office since 2003. I had a deep clean done on my teeth in 2003 and the next regular cleaning I was billed for over 100$. When I called they stated they had to "code" it differently to my insurance since I had a deep clean. When I balked and told them that it was a regular cleaning that I always get they dropped the bill and agreed to "code" it as a regular cleaning (which it was!) Well 7 years later and numerous teeth cleanings went by when after my last cleaning I AGAIN received a bill for 100$ so I called to complain. I was then told that I had to pay the bill and for now on I will have to pay 100$ to get my teeth cleaned (they also get the $$ from my insurance for the cleaning). I told them why didn't you tell me you were going to start billing me for this again BEFORE I sat in the chair and was told that I should know what is being charged for services! I then told them that if this is the case that I am moving my family to a different dentist...they could have cared less. For a small community this dentist will not stay in business for long...word of mouth here travels fast. Other than the $$ issue we never had any problems with this dentist, but I still wouldn't recommend
