Excellent service - friendly and professional!! I have had fillings and cleanings. My friends have gone to Dr. Tom and have had extensive work - bridges and veneers. They rave about Dr. Tom as well. Dr. Tom and his staff were great on creating a payment plan that I could afford when I loss my job. He even has weekend hours.

My father is an oral surgeon, so I know teeth and dental care. Dr. Tom great - thoughtful, gentle, prudent and the right degree of agression in his treatment. My husband, a "dental disaster" has been treated by Dr. Tom for numerous problems and we are very impressed with his skills and judgement. His staff is great, too. I have recommmended him to others, and they have been glad.

About Hygienist: Excellent - they vary, but they've all been good.

Dr. Tom is a friendly dentist. I have gone there for the past couple of years. Treatment and facilities are good. Cost is low. But customer service and office staff is terrible. The phone in the office rings off the hook and no one is there to answer it.

Dr. Tom is great. He is extremely friendly and professional. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family, and I do.

Excellent with children. Staff did great job making our 3 year old comfortable and excited.

About Hygienist: Very good with kids. Fran, the office manager, is also great.

Dr. Tom is professional, funny and considerate and easliy quells anxiety related to dental procedures. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable & effective dentist in the area. He is thoughtful of the cost of procedures if you don't have insurance. He is also not an alarmist, only recommends dental work if neccessary! -Julie Gibson
