Very disappointing experience with Dr. Shale. Despite his repeated promises, he never followed up on my case and coordinated my care. No attention to detail, poor communicator, and terrible follow-up. My teenage children were not satisfied with his care either. We all left the practice.

Gentle, kind, and very committed to his patients and to his profession. Is not condescending to his colleagues and assistants. Treats everyone professionally and respectfully.

Great work, great attention to detail, great guy. I don't know that I can compare his prices with anyone else's, as I have been going to Rod for 10 years now. His staff is also friendly, efficient, and helpful.

Excellent service, painless, excellent results. All personnel, hygienists, front desk, Dentist, very effective and pleasant.

Dr. Shale fixed my back mollar very quickly, did a great job for a reasonable and fair price. I would highly recommend.
