My sister went to Dr. Que Dinh for years. 4 years ago I went to Dr. Que office for my normal teeth cleaning. But 3 years again i went to see her because my teeth were hurting. She did a root canal. Cost me $1700.00. Then $700.00 crown but she didn't do my crowning. After this day didn't go back to her as my primary dentist. Felt disgusted. Now I been going to Geiger Gibson in Dorchester, Ma. Today i just visit my dentist because theres a pimple in my mouth that wouldn't go away. Found out it was from the poor root canal. And that its infected underneath my teeth where the root canal was performed. I would have to go and get a root canal procedure all over again. This upsets me because not only this will cost me money. But its causing me pain right now and most of off my time. This Dr. needs to be inspected on her work and her cleanness for the safety of her patient.

About Front Desk: She was friendly. Greets you when you walked in.
About Hygienist: She was not sanitized at all. While working on my teeth. She was back and forth from the operating room to the front desk. She used that same glove picking up the phone and went back on working on my teeth. I told her and she said she washed her hands already.

Dr. Dinh did a post crown for me and it cracked in half six months later. I returned and she said I bit on something too hard and refused to replace it. I went to another dentist and he said her post was too short and needs to bee cmpletely redone. I had to pay to redo the whole procedure. Don't do to this bad dentist.
