Opinion~Very incompetent! Echo Kathy's review (see Yelp- similar experience), I am a retired veteran, US Air Force: my job was a Dental Lab supervisor. Worked with dozens of dentists that would have never cemented either crown. Very unhappy with two crowns she put in. Would not let me visually inspect crowns prior to cementing- dropped one on the floor and left for about 15-20 seconds, not long enough to properly disinfect. Both crowns have to be redone. Insurance paid, and I paid $800.00 out of pocket. Color match way off; other was poorly fabricate. The treatment was painful and when she put the crowns in, no numbing of any kind was used. No after care instructions were given (to call her directly is something was wrong, or asked me if I was happy with the products). A huge amount of excess cement was left on the tooth, I had to pick it off myself as it scraped my tongue. Asked for a refund, she will not talk to me but told assistant she would not; will not speak to me directly. Am reporting to BBB, peer-review, and Florida Dental Board. Save your money and your wellness, go elsewhere. If she does a bad job she will not ethically of financially take responsibility.
