Very horrible experience with my root canal and her staff is rude including the front desk receptionist who knows nothing about medical triage, but tried to and failed miserably (she needs training) .. I received a airborne infection from the procedure which was very painful and had severe swelling in my neck/throat which cut off my airway partially. Very concerning indeed. Dr. Duke never called to check on me after this until I called to complain 4 days later and had to come back in to see an associate dentist whom was very concerned. Beware!!
About Front Desk: Just terrible and so rude, unfriendly and needs much more training in regards to triage.
I know this doctor: Only went to her 1 time for root canal.

Everything that i demanded they she do...she informed me that they already did...i smiled and was pleased...Listened to my music and maybe even napped a little...Hate having a root canal, but if i get one, Dr. Duke is the one for me...Plus for me i dont have to go to the north side of town...she travels to the sounthside...just for me...(Not Really). Great care, very kind, I recomend her for root canals. Dr. Duke and her staff provided the best dental care that I have ever recieved.

My favorite dentist ever! I have seen Dr Duke on many occasions and she is the nicest dentist I have ever known of. I would never go to anyone else!

I have MAJOR Dentist phobia, but I have to say I had a GREAT experience with Dr. Duke! I was SCARED to death and extremely nervous about having a root canal but Dr. Duke and her staff made the experience basically painless and actually a good experience! Since I was so afraid, they gave me something to make me relax an hour before the procedure, then snuggled me in a blanket once I got in the chair, gave me earphones to listen to a CD of my choosing, let me take gas and then I was so comfy and relaxed I never even realized any pain or discomfort. Then they give you a long stem rose before you go home. I HIGHLY reccommend Dr. Duke!
