Dr. Du persuaded me to have my 4 upper front teeth covered by
whiter crowns for cosmetic reason. The crowns she installed
cut into my lower lip, causing constant pain. She offered to
redo the crown at reduced price, but the new crowns did not
reduce the pain on the lower lip. I then paid her in full to redo
the crowns a third time. The problem persists. Now I need to
wear upper teeth guard to prevent my upper teeth from hurting
my lower lip. Another right side molar crown that Dr. Du
installed caused TMJ pain that she could not fix. Another
dentist adjusted it for me and was able to remove the TMJ.

Just a little note to comment Sudbury Dental Smile Center as such a professional,efficient and personable Medical Facility which is such a raretey in today's word. Dr. Du gave me a new smile and it has made a huge difference in my self-confidence. I was a difficult case. My previous dentist said I would need root canals for most of the teeth I wanted crowned. Not only did I not need to have one root canal, but she was able to put a veneer on the worst tooth instead a crown. My previous dentist also said I would need braces to move a couple of teeth. Dr. Du was able to create a beautiful smile without having braces. I am 60 yrs old, had braces for most of my childhood, and did not want to go that route again. And, she is a perfectionist and takes time and as many visits as necessary to get the result that SHE is happy with as well as myself. She also took great care to make sure I had enough Novocaine. My experiences with her were all painless and pleasant. I highly recommended her.
