My general dentist recommended that I get an evaluation on a tooth that was giving me some problems. I was given the card of an endodontist group practice but they couldn't see me for a couple of weeks. I found that Dr. Johnson's office could see me in a couple of days so I went - although I was apprehensive as I had never been to an endodontist.
I am happy to report that Dr. Johnson is very courteous, professional and knowledgable. He is very thorough in his review, answered questions and explained my options about the concerns with this tooth. I'm so glad I went here instead of that other place!
If you are considering root canal treatment do what I did and at least schedule for Dr. Johnson to look it over (evaluation) and tell you what he thinks. Then you can decide from there what to do next based on what he tells you.
