She is the best dentist I have ever had. She was very gentle with me. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great dentist.

Dr. Ingrid Lee-Loy is very cruel and has no empathy. My husband, James Cutting, was in extreme pain and she sent a referral to an oral surgeon on a standard basis and not as an emergency. By doing so, she kept James in pain longer than necessary and she knew that his insurance was ending on Dec. 31, 2014. She did this around the holidays knowing that James would not be able to get into a dentist easily and prolonged James's agony and ruined his chance to see an oral surgeon before his insurance was to run out. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. To make matters worse, the facility for low cost health and dental treatments, Premier Community Health Care condoned the actions of Dr. Ingrid Lee-Loy and refused to get anything resolved for James's benefit, but instead, they banned James and James's wife, Roberta, from being seen there again only because Roberta pushed for the referral to be sent in as an emergency. It cost them nothing to send the referral in as an emergency and they refused until Roberta pushed the issue.
About Front Desk: The manager, Dawn, at Premier Community Health Care in Dade City, FL also refused to send the referral into the insurance company on an emergency and stated to Roberta over the phone to never call there again and hung the phone up on Roberta. Dawn only spoke to Roberta that way because Roberta was trying to get her or asked her to have Lee-Loy send in the referral in as an emergency. Dawn was very rude and obnoxious and even the CEO, Mr. Resnick, of Premier condoned this behavior.
