I would recommend Dr. Boyd to all. He is kind, engaging and highly skilled. You can get in when needed, especially when in pain.

Douglas C Boyd was a terrible dentist in my life, hope never get the same dentist like him. Treat was poor, explanation was 0. The first what he cares about not of your root canals and a treatment, he cares just about your MONEY! and of course the treatment was unsuccessful. Very disappointed...

This office was amazing from the initial call with his scheduling coordinator to the receptionist who greeted me followed by the clinical staff and Dr. Boyd himself. I highly recommend this office. It is tough to ease a patient in pain, gain confidence and trust and then deliver stress & pain free treatment. They do that in every way. This is the only place to go!

Dr. Boyd is very professional. He does good work. As nervous as I have been when anticipating two procedures there, he is always able to reassure me, calm me down, and do the work well. I worry about getting numb, but they get me numb... no problem.

I was EXTREMELY nervous about getting a root canal!!! Dr. Boyd was so nice, very funny and just a really great doctor. He explained everything to me...why my tooth was hurting, how a root canal could help, how it would be pain-free. I was very impressed. I opted for IV Sedation, which I HIGHLY recommend if you are a fearful patient like myself. I didn't remember much at all, which is good for me. The Milwauke offices were really nice, you have a beautiful view of a small river through big picture windows. It is a very relaxing environment. I would recommend this office and Dr. Boyd also the IV sedation if you are a big scaredy cat like me. It's worth the peace of mind to know you will not feel a thing!

I highly recommend Dr. Boyd. I had a really great experience at his Milwauke offices. I was extremely nervous about getting a root canal, but Dr. Boyd was very easy to talk to and super funny. He calmed my nerves and assured me that it would be totally pain free...which it was! I opted for IV sedation, which I highly recommend if you are a fearful patient like myself. It was worth the extra cost in my eyes. I enjoyed not remembering any of it!!! My tooth feels 100 times better and I am glad it's all over. I would suggest going to Dr. Boyd if you are a big nervous mess like I was. He will help you through it.

For a root canal was in office from 8 until noon. I was told to go to lunch and come back to finish procedure. Had to have work properly completed by another endodontist because not all roots were cleaned out properly. Protocol in office
was less than desirable. The dentist that referred me to this endodontist does not refer patients to this endodontist anymore.

Very good "chairside manor." Explained the proceedure thuroghly. His billing office got it all wrong with my insurance and I had to pay most of the bill myself. One year later the same problem returned & will have to be done again.

I was able to be seen the day I called, EVEN FOR IV SEDATION. From what I understand, this is the only endodontic offic that I found that does IV Sedation. I was told before treatment what my insurance should pay and what I should be owing. The doctor was Very nice and made me feel comfortable and confident in his abilities. I decided not to do the sedation , the hygienist got me VERY numb. It was almost completely painless. During the treatment, the doctor was funny and informative. After treatment, he talked to me about the prognosis and told me to call if I needed anything. He also called me that night to see how I was doing. I have not had a dentist do that before. I would recommend Dr. Boyd and his staff to anyone!!
