I would be wary of the new technology, particularly the Cerag Crown. Two, maybe more,of these "high tech crowns" have had to be redone by another dentist. Ask for the success rate over the long term before you allow it.
The fact that products are presented for sale in the office is offensive,. I think that it is unprofessional to sell products in the office in which you are being treated . That is what perscriptions are for.

Equipped with the latest devices and DVD players advertising the newest technologies. Very eager for cosmetic procedures.
After whitening procedures and re-crowning the front teeth, I had the extreme pain around the root of one re-crowned tooth, on which a root canal treatment was performed later at another place with his referral. It turned out to be that this inflammation could have been predicted from the X-ray images.
I could be wrong but my impression is that he does not care much to provide painless treatments. (Before the above experience, I had another painful experience after he replaced a displaced crown. It was due to gum damage caused by pushing with a hand-held tool during the treatment.)
He offers the latest treatment options, which shows his effort to keep up with the technology. However, some procedures (such as fluoride/sealant treatment) may be only partly covered (or not covered) by insurance and each patient has to check what is and is not covered by his/her policy before the procedures are done (they do not check it for you).
His staff are nice and professional.
