I had a root canal. This is my 4th root canal and it was the most positive experience. Previous bad experiences left me feeling very nervous but the staff and Dr. Underwood put me at ease.
They did not rush but took a lot of time until I felt at ease.
It was expensive but root canals are always expensive. Relativly speaking no more than my Doctors visits. I am 73 yrs old and still have my teeth and feel anything I can do to retain them is a good investment.

Dr. Underwood is the best! Been doing this for a long time and he knows his stuff. High-tech too and latest and greatest tools.

Dr. Underwood is excellent. Very caring and concerned about your comfort. The back office staff is also excellent. His assistants were very comforting and informative about the procedure. His front office staff, however, could use improvement. I had a half hour wait until seeing Dr. Underwood. Reception staff seems befuddled by their computer system. Even making a return appointment was difficult for them. Once they get some computer training, this office should receive 4 stars in all categories.
