I went in for a crown repair was told I need a cleaning first . After a cleaning a appointment was set for first crown repair . X rays taken and procedure engaged. 4 hrs later of shots ,drilling and my mouth held open with a very uncfotable device, a temporary crown was installed. It broke in 2 within a few days and left me in a lot of pain . It was another week before I could be seen when I returned I wound up being in the chair another 4 hrs !! Shots, more drilling, much more pain , now almost 8 hrs,and much pain for 1 crown ??? She tells me that I only had a 50 ^ 50 chance of the procedure being successful as the nerve might be damaged
In much pain she put the temporary crown on , it fell out the same night in alot of pain called her emergency number. She finally called back from a blocked caller ID ?? And told me she had already left town for the weekend and could not do anything . It has been 2 weeks of pain and a tooth that had no problems now might have to be pulled. KELLEY has lost touch with her practise , she has incompetent people doing her work for her . It is clear she her business model is based on quantity not quality . She did offer to give me my money back the problem is no dollar amount covers pain !!

Rough with hands; Is opportunist in using x rays to claim one needs major treatments...crowns, fillings that are not needed...based upon second opinion from another dentist; Also wanted to charge $85 for bite check even though it was follow up to her previous filing down of tooth on other side which caused need for follow up bite check.
