He took me out of pain. What a relief! He is efficient and speedy. No pain involved.

I was treated very well by the whole staff. Dr. Cohen explained everything before starting and the procedure was painless. I'd recommend Dr. Cohen to anyone needing a root canal.

After a combative exchange with Dr. Cohens office manager over my concerns regarding giving out my Social Security number or my assigned member number from my insurance carrier. I called my insurer to ask which number to use. As I was calling my insurance customer service the office manager called my dentist to find out which number to use. She was not doing this to help but to confront me as though I was being stupid. As I was on my phone with my insurance the office manager shoved her phone into my face saying here talk to my dentist. I answered the phone and said to my dentist I would call back. After that I just told the office manager I no longer want to receive treatment from DR.Cohen. I Collected my information and left. I feel that the office manager was completely unprofessional. They also have the nerve to give me a privacy policy to sign but became combative when I try to protect my own privacy. I did not receive any treatment from Dr. Cohen so I cannot say whether he is a good Dr. or not.
